CRM includes identification and assessment of sensitive cultural sites in the footprint of development project, such as archaeological sites and historical momunents. To offer competitive prices, HMS strives to keep overheads as low as possible while maintaining a high flexibility. To achieve this, we maintain a minimal score team, capable of achieving most of the operationnal activities while drawing upon a labor force database which includes up to 30 field technicians available on a temporary basis on specific projects.
The working philosophy of HMS is that the role of consultants is as much to promote our client's interests as protect cultural heritage. Our objective is thus to protect both the state agencies and the client from potential legal problems, often unforseen and resulting in delays in the work schedule.
