HMS both develops and carries out all phases of cultural resource management plans (feasability studies, impact assessments, mitigation of impact plans) in the footprint of any type of development projects. We garantee that the processes devised and achieved by our teams are conform to national laws and to contractual commitments made by the projects on which we work.
To achieve this, HMS delivers a series of services, typically organized in several phases. The phased organization is usefull in many respects: it allows to plan the scientific study, to optimize intercation between construction schedule and archaeological program and, last but not least, to reduce costs for the client by optimizing in advance the work to be done.
